What financing options do you offer?
We offer unsecured personal loans. Homeowners can view their loan options (with no impact on their credit) and select the best terms for them. Promotional financing may also be available.
Can work start the same day after a loan is approved?
There is no waiting period to begin once a loan is approved.
How much can a homeowner finance?
Minimum $500, Maximum $20,000.
What if my homeowner doesn’t pay their loan?
Our loans are an agreement between the customer and LendingPoint. You hold no responsibility or risk if they do not pay.
What do I need to submit to get paid?
To receive funds, you will submit a request in your business portal. Once the homeowner verifies the work is complete with us, the money will be deposited into your bank account in one to two business days.
